*  Week 1 May be a little frustrating remember you are changing old habits.

 

*  Week 2 Your settings should be tuned and you will take around 50% of your breaks.

 

*  Week 2-6 you feel yourself relaxing before the micropause comes up. Your neck and shoulders have come back. You should feel less eyestrain.

 

*  2-6 Months You feel like varying you task 1-2 Minutes before the rest break comes up.

 

*  6-12 Months your get less prompted breaks and have better task variation. You change your settings to suit your work type or how you feel on the day. If you know the task you are about to perform gives you discomfort you may decide to make your settings more strict.
